스위스에서 비엔나로 넘어가기전에 뮌헨에 하루정도 들렸는데 가는길 주위가 다 공사판이라 먼지랑 공사판 소리빼곤 다 좋았어요 !

기차타는 곳이랑도 생각보다 가깝구요!
(다만 역은 밤에 도착하면 어두워서 잘 안보여요!,저흰 그래서 빙빙 돌다가 도착했다는 😂)

야간에 계시던 남자직원분께서 저희 입실할 때 너무 친절하게 대해주셨고, 오전에 잠깐 짐 맡길 때랑 체크아웃할 때 계셨던 다른 남,녀직원분도 너무 친절하셨습니다 .!!

객실도 엄청 깨끗했구요! 수압도 잘 나오고 좋았어요!!
친구랑 눕자마자 꿀잠잤어요ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

Hotel in 'Arabic part' of Munich. Very centrally located and 5-8 mins walk from Central station where also all ICE, domestic, Undergroud, trams and S trains are.
Rooms are nice, beds ok, no coffee machine and some come with fridge but others don't. Free bottle of mineral water on room. Daily cleaning if wanted. Good Intercontinental breakfast. Check out standard at 12. Would recommend.

Wir haben über Booking ein Zimmer für 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind (10Jahre) gehabt. Die Buchung war für 3 Personen zu einem Preis bestätigt. 10 Tage vor Anreise habe ich eine Information erhalten, dass unsere Tochter entweder im Doppelbett mitschlafen müsste oder für ein Zustellbett 40 Euro pro Nacht extra anfallen würde. Bei einem Reisepreis für drei Nächte von 500 Euro sind 120 Euro extra unverschämt. Versteckte Kosten, nicht familienfreundlich. Zum Glück hatten wir eine stornierbare Rate. Und bei meiner Rückfrage im Hotel habe ich dann auch noch einen unverschämten Mitarbeiter am Telefon gehabt, der mein Problem nicht verstehen wollte. Kundenorientierte sieht anders aus.

Sehr schönes ruhiges und sauberes Hotel Nähe Bahnhof München.
Das Personal war sehr nett und aufmerksam.
Frühstück sehr gut und reichhaltig.
Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß und mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht angemessen. In die Jahre gekommen, keine Haken um Handtücher aufzuhängen, extrem viel Schimmel im Bad (gesundheitsschädlich!), nicht genug Wasserdruck zum Haarewaschen. Schade!

Solide Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage. Unser Zimmer war sauber, von der Größe passend und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Bett war von der Härte genau passend. Personal war zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Frühstück gut passend, es war immer alles vorhanden und auch ständig aufgefüllt. Die Lage ist top, sehr vieles fußläufig erreichbar. Kann man uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο, το δωμάτιο πολύ άνετο, καθημερινή καθαριότητα και αλλαγή πετσετών, μας διέθεσαν και παρκοκρέβατο με σεντονάκια και παπλωματάκι για το μωρό μας, τα οποία επίσης ήταν πεντακάθαρα σαν καινούρια. Το πρωινό ήταν υπερπλήρες, κατάφερε να φάει και το (11 μηνών) μωρό μας, καθώς περιελάμβανε και παιδικό γιαουρτάκι, βραστά αυγά, φρέσκα φρούτα.

Hotelul este curat , liniștit , personalul foarte amabil și serviabil. Însă drumul până în centru ( de aproximativ 1,5 km) este unul destul de inconfortabil având în vedere ca hotelul este situat pe strada cu cele mai multe restaurante arăbești fapt ce face ca cei ce umblă pe acolo să-ți dea o oarecum stare de nesiguranță . Poliția circulă în această zonă mai mereu cu girofarul și sirenele aprinse .

الفندق قريب جدا من محطة القطار تقريبا ٦ دقائق سيراً على الأقدام ، ويقع في منطقة حية جدا وفيها الكثير من الأسواق والمطاعم والمقاهي .. إلى السنتر قرابة ٢٠ دقيقة سيراً على الأقدام الموظفين جداً لبقين ومحترمين ولطيفين كان فيه موظف تونسي في الاستقبال كان جدا متعاون ومخلص في عملك شكرا له من القلب الغرف من الداخل نظيفة ويتوفر فيها كل شيء عدا القهوة غير متوفرة في الغرف الإفطار ما انصح فيه أبدا خياراتهم جدا جدا محدودة لكن بشكل عام جوه المكان هاديء ومناسب للي جاي عمل او دراسة لكن يعيبه شيء واحد الازعاج في الليل لانه على الشارع مباشرة لكن إذا اتقفلت الشبابيك يقون الوضع مقبول

We stayed at Hotel Relaxa Munich during Oktoberfest. While the location seemed convenient, access to the hotel during the festival was extremely difficult, and there was limited assistance or guidance from the staff. After our stay, I accidentally left my AirPods in the room. The hotel confirmed they had found them but was unable to send them back due to delivery restrictions. Communication with the hotel has been very very slow and limited to email only, often taking several days to receive a response. We also paid for the delivery, but since the shipment was unsuccessful, we have not received a refund to date. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to poor communication and unresolved post-stay issues.

It's an extremely clean and efficient hotel. Rooms are small, but extremely clean. Great shower, tiny sink /mirror. The location is convenient for Oktoberfest and is close to train station. Breakfast is good albeit a bit pricy for the experience. Regardless I'd definitely stay again.

Wonderful, compact, clean, fantastic stay right next to the main train station. Friendly staff. Breakfast overachieved. Highly recommend for the location and ease of access from the trains. Can walk right downtown in 20 minutes and half of that is along nice shopping. It's only the first part is a bit grungy by the train station but even that part isn't unsafe or anything very bad.

Nice 3 stars hotel. The room was okay . Super clean and new when we arrived. No fridge/minibar or kettle but it’s a 3 stars so kind of expected . the bathroom doesn’t have good door. It’s Kind of open. That’s not very nice and private. Nice quality of sheets and towels BUT In 5 days nobody change it. That wasn’t okay. Breakfast is the top of this hotel. It’s super complete and healthy ! The service was amazing every morning! Everything full and fresh. I would like to comeback just to eat breakfast !

Ich war im Rahmen einer Gedenkstättenfahrt mit einer Gruppe im relexa hotel München zu Gast und habe mich dort rundum wohlgefühlt. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich der freundliche und aufmerksame Service. Das gesamte Team war stets hilfsbereit, herzlich und zugewandt – man spürte echtes Interesse am Wohl der Gäste. Mein Zimmer war sehr sauber, ruhig und komfortabel. Die Superior-Kategorie bietet zudem viel Platz, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ein weiteres Highlight: reichhaltig, liebevoll präsentiert und mit regionalen Spezialitäten wie frischen Brezeln und Weißwürsten – ein schöner Willkommensgruß für alle, die München noch nicht kennen. Ich danke dem Team herzlich für die Gastfreundschaft und empfehle das Haus sehr gern weiter.

Das Hotel ist eigentlich recht nett. Sehr sauber und schöne Zimmer. Was ist allerdings HAASE ist wenn - was scheinbar immer mehr Mode wird - die Toilette quasi ins Zimmer baut getrennt lediglich mit einer nicht wirklich schließenden Glasschiebetür. Alles dadurch hörbar und "riechbar"..... nun ja. Ein No Go für mich. Garage extrem eng. Eher eine Zumutung. Wenn man dort ohne Kratzer am Auto rauskommt, Hut ab. Lage ok. Keine Minibar. Schade. Würde das Hotel nicht nochmals buchen.

Ben evi dışında uyumakta zorlanan biriyim. Ancak bu otel beni evimde gibi hissettirdi. Çok sessizdi, rahattı. Kliması çok iyi çalışıyordu. Kahvaltı çok yeterliydi. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Bir tek asansörlerden biraz ses geliyordu ve yukarı çıkarken biraz tedirgin hissettim. Onun dışında her şey için teşekkür ediyorum.

Otele gelmeden önce sessiz ve kliması iyi çalışan bir oda istediğimizi rica etmiştik. Otele geç saatte geldik. Resepsiyon görevlisi Holger çok kibar ve açıklayıcı bir şekilde bizim talebimiz üzerine biz gelmeden önce sessiz oda ayarladıklarını söyledi. Sorduğumuz bütün sorulara sabırla ve anlaşılır bir şekilde cevap verdi. Bu yüzden öncelikle Holger’a çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Oda çok sessizdi. Yatak çok fazla otelde kalmama rağmen şu ana kadar yatağı en rahat oteldi diyebilirim. Havalandırması ve kliması çok iyi çalışıyordu. Çok temiz ve ferah bir oda ve otel. Çalışanlar çok çalışıyor ve güler yüzlüler. Kahvaltı bizim kültürümüze göre biraz zayıf kalsa da avrupa otellerine göre çeşitli ve kaliteli. Konum olarak merkez tren istasyonuna ve merkezi ulaşım alanlarına yakın diyebiliriz.

Die Lage des Hotels relexa ist nahe am Bahnhof, damit fußläufig erreichbar. Darüber hinaus bietet diese Lage sehr viele Möglichkeiten den ÖPNV zu nutzen. Das Viertel ist multinational, mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Das Zentrum Münchens kann mit einem kleinen Spaziergang erreicht werden. Mein Zimmer ist geräumig und funktional eingerichtet gewesen. Den Service empfand ich sehr freundlich und kompetent.

Ich bin regelmäßig aus beruflichen Gründen in München. Wenn immer möglich buche ich dieses Hotel. Es ist zu Fuß gut vom HBF zu erreichen und auch in die Stadt ist es nicht allzu weit. Die Zimmer sind für ein Stadthotel groß und sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Personal beim Frühstück! Es ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam! Vielen Dank dafür!

Wir waren da zu zweit für 3 Nächte inkl. Frühstück. Prosecco, eine kleine Flasche Wasser und etwas Obst waren auf dem Zimmer zur Begrüßung. Preislich haben wir ein absolutes Schnäppchen gemacht. Über eine andere Plattform gebucht und nur 200€ p.P. gezahlt. Der Nachteil davon war, dass das Doppelbett für 2 Personen nur 1,60m hatte. Zimmer waren geräumig und sauber. Zum Innenhof auch ruhig. Das Bad ist offen, eine Milchglastür beim WC, die oben und unten offen ist, Vollglas bei der Dusche. Das Frühstück war top, am Wochenende bis 11:00 verfügbar, so dass man auch länger schlafen konnte. Man ist zu Fuß schnell in der Stadt und auf den Wiesn. Eine Mitarbeiterin am Empfang hat leider kein Lächeln über die Lippen bekommen und war sehr wortkarg beim einchecken. Das Parkhaus war voll, weshalb wir auf ein anderes ausweichen mussten, das 30€ / Nacht gekostet hatte.

Avrei preferito una zona più ampia e confortevole atteso lo spazio del lavandino davvero piccolo e non idoneo a poggiare I proprio accessori

Yazılan yorumlar doğrultusunda burada konaklamakta endişe duymuştum ama iyi ki burada kalıyorum dedim. Odaları çok geniş wc önünde kapı yok yazılmış kapı da var, çay su kahve odada ücretsiz. Sadece su birkez veriliyormuş diğerleri yenileniyor. Odamız tertemizdi wc de pırıl pırıldı. Çok memnun kaldık. Tren istasyonuna 10 dakika. Merkez marienplatz meydanına 20 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. oteli çok beğendim

I booked this as it came up when I searched for vegan friendly. Rooms are very clean and practical and quite spacious for a city centre hotel. The foyer was a bit depressing to see dead skins of murdered cows used for decoration when this hotel comes up as suitable for vegans. the dead cow skin theme continues into the dining hall wallpaper (although fake… still a bit weird). The vegan options at breakfast were good but they still have animal products served alongside in case that bothers you. Also none of the pastries or croissants in the vegan corner, would be nice to have some. The area is very convenient but not pretty. Theres a great restaurant bodhi for vegan bavarian food that is walking distance.

A very good option for business or when you have a stop over. High value for a medium sized budget. Near the central train station and the city center. Effective check-in, spacious shower cabinets and very quiet. I would not rate it a romantic place but I enjoyed my stay very much.

same experience as many others. checked in for our stay, only to come back hours later and find that valuable items were missing from our bags. hotel is unhelpful in assisting.

We planned to stay for 3 nights. Unfortunately, we stayed for 1 day because when came back in the first night we found one of our bag missing with the cash and a lot of other valuable stuff. The manger was very rude, he blamed us and said we came with only 3 bags which proved wrong after we back to the hotel camera. We reported that to the police and left the hotel and the refuse to refund the other 2 nights.

Meine Freunde haben das Relexa Hotel in München besucht, um ihren Geburtstag auf dem Oktoberfest zu feiern. Leider hatten sie einige unangenehme Erfahrungen während ihres Aufenthalts. Am 28.09.2024, zwischen 18 und 23 Uhr, bemerkten sie, dass einige persönliche Gegenstände, wie Markenkleidung, ein Rucksack, Unterwäsche, Schmuck und Parfüm, aus ihrem Zimmer verschwunden waren. Es gab keine sichtbaren Einbruchsspuren, was Fragen aufwirft, wie dies geschehen konnte. Die Polizei wurde informiert und ermittelt. Darüber hinaus waren wir von der Reaktion des Hotelpersonals enttäuscht. Wir empfanden die Mitarbeiter als unhöflich, und es schien, als würde die Situation nicht ernst genommen. Weder die Rezeption noch der Hotelmanager haben sich entschuldigt oder ausreichend auf den Vorfall reagiert. Es gab auch Unstimmigkeiten bezüglich der Anzahl der Taschen – die Überwachungskameras zeigten vier Taschen, während das Personal von nur drei sprach. Obwohl meine Freunde für zwei Nächte gebucht hatten, war das Hotel nicht bereit, die letzte Nacht zu stornieren, was die Entscheidung, das Hotel vorzeitig zu verlassen, nicht erleichterte. Das Hotel wirbt mit hohen Standards und Sicherheitsmaßnahmen, aber diese Erwartungen wurden in unserem Fall nicht erfüllt. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrungen haben meine Freunde beschlossen, nicht mehr nach München zu reisen. Ich empfehle, sich vor einer Buchung verschiedene Optionen anzusehen, insbesondere wenn Sicherheit und respektvoller Umgang wichtig sind.

Rechts aus dem Hotel ist die Welt vollkommen in Ordnung > Links aus dem Hotel geht es leider sehr wüst zu, verschiedenste Kulturen (OHNE rassistischen Hintergrund) - teils Abhängige sehr schade typisch "Bahnhofsviertel". Das Hotel kann an sich nichts dafür und alleine das Hotel an sich ist wärmstens zu empfehlen!

Ich hatte das Hotel gebucht, da wir am Abend eine Veranstaltung im Hofbräuhaus hatten. Lage ist gut - wir waren zu Fuß in unter 20 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Trotz Hauptstraße vor der Tür war das Zimmer ruhig Frühstück - gut und lecker Personal freundlich Die Tiefgarage ist "speziell", da Parklift - mein Passat Variant hat in das vorgesehene Abteil gepasst. mit einem SUV ist es glaube ich besser, man sucht sich einen anderen Parkplatz in der Nähe.

Wir waren für 1nacht in münchen und wurden super empfangen und auf unser doppelzimmer geführt. Wohnraum top und auch das bad/wc äuserst sauber. Fenster waren schallisoliert.betten waren absolut top und das zimmer perfekt gepflegt! Das frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und man konnte auf absprache tee o. Kaffee kredenzt bekommen. Auch der parkservice beim check-out war mehr als zufriedenstellend;findet man selten. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und kommen sehr gerne wieder in das hotel,das unserer meinung 11/10 verdient hat

Ich habe als regelmässiger Gast telefonisch einen late checkout gegen Extra-Gebühr angefragt, der mir von der Reservierung am Telefon bestätigt wurde. Leider wurde das bei der Buchung auf booking.com nicht bestätigt, man "könne meine Anfrage nicht nachvollziehen und den late checkout nicht garantieren". Trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage änderte sich das nicht. Das Hotel hat mich soeben für immer als Kunden verloren, denn so kann man mit Kunden nicht umgehen.

Das Personal ist ausgesprochen nett und erfüllt alle Wünsche. Die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel und auch das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Vom Hotel aus sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein absoluter Tipp für einen Städteurlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Had a very pleasant stay here during a visit to Munich. Arriving to the main train station, the short walk to the hotel was very convenient. Check-in was also very smooth. The room was very large and spacious, much more than I normally expect in similar hotels with ample space for clothes and luggage. Bathroom was also clean with an easy to use shower. Power sockets also at both sides of the bed were appreciated. Climate control was also excellent, with a very easy to use wall panel with full power and temperature control. Only slight downsides I had were that there's no kettle with tea / coffee which is usually quite common, and the TV was also quite small. Overall a very good stay and would recommend to anyone visiting the city.

Excellent location with good transport links. Munich Central station is also under 10 minutes by walking. Room and bathroom are clean. Only downside is that there is no mini bar or free tea/coffee. Friendly staff.

Directly at the main train station, walking distance to Marienplatz/Karlsplatz and great public transport connections. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I stayed in a Comfort Double room. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean and looked good. Only downside was that it’s an open plan bathroom, so there isn’t anything that really separates the bathroom (toilet, sink, and shower) from the rest of the room. Amenities are modern however, and heating/AC works well. Direkt am Hauptbahnhof, innerhalb Gehweite von Karlsplatz und Marienplatz. Gute öffentliche Verkehrsanbindungen in der Nähe. Mitarbeiter*innen sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Bin in einem Comfort Double Room geblieben. Betten wahren sauber und comfortable. Einziger Nachteil wahr keine Trennung zwischen Bad und Zimmer. Annehmlichkeiten sind modern und Klimaanlage funktioniert gut.

I planned my trip to Munich at the beginning of December 2023. Unfortunately the city was hit by a snowstorm and Munich airport closed for several days. My booking with this hotel did not include a refund, however considering the extraordinary weather conditions I requested a voucher to be able to reschedule my stay later. With incredible rudeness, the hotel manager did not accept my request and due to this inflexible attitude I do not feel like giving more than 1 out of 5.

My 8 months old daughter got really sick with urticaria due to the lack of cleaning in the hotel. People from frontdesk (germans) are not friendly at all and just make every possible situation just worse. Hotel is super expensive and the facilities do not correspond to the price paid. Aufgrund eines technischen Übertragungsfehlers bei der Reservierung des Zimmers, wurden anstelle von 1 Buchung 2 angelegt. Dies erfuhren wir erschreckenderweise beim Einchecken in das Hotel. Dies führte dazu, dass das Hotel von uns verlangte ohne Entgekommen 80% der 2. Buchung zu bezahlen, da der Stornierungzeitraum überschritten war. Dieses 2. Zimmer war somit frei zugänglich und das Hotel war zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht ausgebucht. Wir sind über dieses Verhalten äußert enttäuscht und haben nach wiederholten Anfragen keine Kulanz erhalten. Zudem wurde die Verantwortung, wie es oftmals so ist, nicht klar geregelt. Alleine das spricht für sich. Zudem sind gewisse Verhaltensweisen der Personal aufgefallen die unabhängig davon sehr viele Fragen hinterlassen haben. Im großen und ganzen haben wir den Aufenthalt mit dem Vorfall nicht genießen können. Im Gegenteil wir waren maßlos enttäuscht und traurig.

Optimal gelegene Lage, in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs. Sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal, das einem gerne Tipps für das abendliche Essen gibt. Sehr üppiges, abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbuffett. Ein Babybett wurde kostenlos gestellt. Unser Zimmer war sehr zeitlos, sowie edel eingerichtet und durch seine Größe sehr komfortabel. Auch dass sie jeden Tag gereinigt wurden fanden wir sehr angenehm. Das Badezimmer überraschte uns gleich doppelt im positiven Sinne. Zum einen durch seine Größe und damit, dass wir eine Regendusche hatten. Ein kleines, für mich persönliches Highlight, war das mehrlagige Toilettenpapier. Auch hier wurde nicht an Bequemlichkeit gespart. Einen kleinen Abstrich machten wir, dass wir unser Fenster über Nacht nicht öffnen konnten, aufgrund der Geräuschkulisse des Verkehrs. Die Fenster schlossen allerdings sehr schalldicht. Für unseren nächsten Aufenthalt wurden die Zimmer der gleichen Klasse zum Hof hinaus erwähnt. Diese sollte man bei Buchung anfragen, wenn man, wie wir, ein Frischluftschläfer ist. Alles in allem hatten wir einen wunderschönen, erholsamen Aufenthalt. Eine erneute Reise nach München ist definitiv geplant. Und wir sind uns einig. Auch diesesmal wird das Relexa unser Place to stay werden.

Ich bin angenehm überrascht, weil ich sehr lärmempfindlich bin und es mich stört, wenn Türen auf und zugehen, Gäste im Gang Lärm machen, usw. DAS WAR ALLES NICHT! Es ist sehr gut eingerichtet, alles sauber und neu und sehr ruhig, man hört kaum, dass noch andere Gäste da sind. Und es waren viele andere da, das konnte man im Frühstücksraum sehen. Es liegt super gut, nahe am Bahnhof und schnell mit der Tram ist man mitten in der Altstadt.

We stayed here as it was stumbling distance to Oktoberfest as well as a few train stations including the main station (Munchen Hauptbahnhof) which was very useful and cheap to get to the airport.||The room itself was spacious and clean and the staff were nice and helpful.||The hotel has 2 elevators and we never had to wait long for them.||Also convenient was the lederhosen/dirndl shop located directly opposite the hotel during Oktoberfest.||The location is not pretty or anything and it was quite pricey during Oktoberfest but the convenience was worth it.||The bathroom does not afford much privacy as it was just a glass door between the bedroom and bathroom so if you're staying here with someone else, you need to be very, very comfortable with them!

Relexa hotels - NOT the fine kind Unfortunately our stay was not very pleasant. The customer is not king. At first they didn't even want to accept us as guests because they assumed we were Oktoberfest drinking tourists. Afterwards, checking in involved a lot of paperwork (while checking in in the lobby, we discovered that practically only Oktoberfest drinking tourists were staying in the hotel). Every time we returned from our cultural excursions, we were stopped by a disco-style bouncer (given Relexa Hotels' self-image, a bell would have been more appropriate). I would only like to emphasize the spaciousness of the rooms. Overall, the price-performance ratio (160 euros per night without meals) was not proportionate and, due to the situation described above, simply insufficient.

Before I start let me say that all female members of the staff I encountered were very hospitable and helpful however this is where my praise of this hotel will end. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS TO ALLEVIATE ANY QUESTION I STAYED AT THIS PROPERTY. We arrived right around check-in and the process with the female adviser was quick and easy. We went up to our room and found that basically every wall in the room had either been kicked or scuffed in some fashion and the room was in desperate need of a cleaning and a paint job. Next I tried to wash my hands and found that the faucet handle wasn’t even attached to the faucet. The threads had been completely stripped and whoever broke it had basically just left sitting in position. I pushed it back in place and tried to turn the water on I was barely able to turn it back off again. With this in mind, how in the world did the cleaning staff clean that sink and not notice this? My guess is they didn’t, more about them later. At that point I went to the front desk where again I spoke with one of the ladies on duty. They told me ‘we are fully booked but I will see what I can do’, and eventually moved us to a new room which I appreciated. As we only had a short time in Munich we decided to go out exploring quickly. We came back a few hours later, just barely walked in the door and were in the middle of changing clothes when we were surprised by a knock at the door. I opened it to find one male (who turned out to be a night front desk worker) and who I would assume was the manager standing timidly behind him pacing back and forth. “My colleague saw you smoking from outside the window” he announced without even telling me who he was. I replied “Pardon me, I was smoking? When was this, we don’t even smoke”. He replied “We saw you from the courtyard and we talked to you through the window”, I said, “You talked to me? Me directly? How? We just got home, how do you know it was me?” He again said “We talked to YOU”. This went back and forth and I finally got annoyed explaining I don’t even smoke. I finally told him to stop wasting my time and slammed the door. But I was so annoyed that I decided to take the race kit we had just received from the Berlin marathon one day earlier to talk to them and make sure they didn’t try to charge me for something I hadn’t done. I went to the front desk waited, and finally spoke to the same desk attendant again. I asked “Did you find who was smoking”, his response was “It was you”. I explained to him that my wife and I (1) Were marathon runners, had just run the Berlin Marathon, and have never smoked in our lives 2) had just returned home moments before he knocked on our door. He eventually told me that they had seen someone smoking from an interior courtyard, had counted the number of windows up and basically guessed at which room it was coming from. When I asked if they could have been mistaken he basically said no, it was definitely me. I finally gave up, said there better not be any additional charges on my account, and that he should make sure he has some proof before making any accusations next time. I never did get an apology. On top of all of this the location of this hotel is ‘ok’ if you are walking directly to the train station but do NOT walk in any other direction at night as you are immediately surrounded by casinos, massage parlors, and shisha lounges on dark alleys. Cleaning staff also didn’t bother to check that our door was locked one day so we arrived home to find our room keys had been deactivated but the door to our room was completely unlocked and opened with a gentle push. Finally our baggage had been lost by the airline and I stopped at the desk one day to see if there was any news. The same fellow who was too afraid to speak when I was being accused of smoking simply shook his head ‘No’ without taking even a second to verify. To top it off, this was far and away the most expensive hotel we stayed in during our entire trip and it wasn’t even Oktoberfest at the time. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

The hotel bookings made a hideously stressful time, much easier. We booked a stay for the 31st July 2023, just a week before travel. Unfortunately my husband had to undergo emergency surgery for an acute condition. We emailed the hotel with 3 days notice to say we couldn't come, but would like to reschedule the booking, WITH documented evidence of the hospital report. This hotel was wonderfully easy to deal with and made life easy at a difficult time. Looking forward to staying on the 19th September - thank you.

The location is great, unfortunately I wasn't particularly happy with the rest. The selection at breakfast is relatively small for 4*. The advertised ladies' room does have a hand shower in the shower, but this can really only be operated by hand. I've experienced this better in many hotels (or at my home) and it doesn't justify any special advertising. The mirrors are just as impractical as in any other hotel. The hair dryer is really better though. During my stay the hot water failed. Unfortunately, the handling of this challenge was not good. After I reported this, a lady came to my room to check if it was really not possible and then to leave. I had already said on the phone that I was in a hurry for an appointment. When I came back in the evening and wanted to know if the hot water was working again (is working!) and wanted to give friendly feedback on how it was used, I was interrupted several times. The feedback didn't seem really wanted and the attitude was "joar... happened. It's going again". Unfortunately, there were no attempts to lift my spirits with a free drink or similar. A real shame.

Nice hotel within walking distance from the main train station. In direct comparison one of the nicer hotels that I have booked in Munich so far. A bit inconspicuous from the outside, clean, modern and stylishly equipped on the inside. Room was surprisingly large and comfortable. Bed super comfortable and soft (of course a matter of taste), air conditioning worked perfectly. Shortcomings in the room, but now standard in hotels: relatively small toilet / bathroom area and the toilet door consists of simple frosted glass, swings (not lockable) and is "open" at the top and bottom, so that everyone in the room can see the toilet :- ) The breakfast offer is great and leaves nothing to be desired. Many fresh and varied dishes and drinks, large vegetarian and vegan selection (milk alternatives, fresh fruit and vegetables, sausage and cheese alternatives) and of course everything else you would expect (egg dishes, coffee varieties, white sausage,...). The staff at the front desk and the service staff at breakfast were super friendly and competent. Value for money is really okay. We'd love to come back :-)

Clean and modern, comfortable bed and clean sanitary facilities. The only thing we missed was the minibar. The breakfast plentiful and tasty, nice dining area and friendly attentive service. Located very close to the train station (about 5 minutes walk). Despite the good location, it was nice and quiet in the room, meaning no noise at night. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back! Thanks to the Relexa Hotel!

Were on the road again with the nursing wheelchair, in Munich and stayed at the Relexa Hotel. We absolutely loved it. Hotel is quite in the center. People with disabilities are really well received here. Very attentive always a help where needed. The staff is so great. The room is very spacious. There is still plenty of space even with a large wheelchair. Even in the bathroom! The breakfast is varied. Even hummus and steamed vegetables. And if you need a little longer, they don't clear it away right away. My husband liked it very much and other handicapped guests were also enthusiastic and are always happy to come back. That's how we'll do it. A good place for wheelchair users and also for the companion. A big thank you to the hotel team.

We stayed for one night and had great experience - the staff was very friendly, the room was very clean. We got a free update to a bigger room which was nice and comfortable with a lot of storage space and good mattresses. The room is stylish, the only thing is that the bathroom area is not well thought with many doors to the bathroom ans toilet through which you need to squeeze in.

Had booked 1 night in this hotel and even booked 1 more. Room was very neat and clean. Lovely rain shower. Room very quiet despite being located on a road. Well isolated. Nice foot cream was on the bed, definitely needed after a day of walking through Munich. It is about a 10 minute walk from the station and 20 minutes into town. Friendly welcome at reception.

I stayed at the relexa hotel in September 2022 for Oktoberfest. We were four couples and we had a great time. Very close to Theresienwiese and the historic center. In house parking with regular price. Only one of us made use of the breakfast (not included) but was very satisfied. The rooms are nice, clean with a great shower. The soundproofing ensured, together with the comfort of the beds, a long sleep. Thanks also to the staff who proved to be efficient, precise and very friendly. At checkout we were even offered a coffee. We are very happy and will certainly return.

The hotel is centrally located, is clean, has underground parking and a delicious breakfast. Up to this point everything seemed fine. My partner and I stayed on site for one night. Check out was until 12 noon. We paid for everything around 11 a.m. and pointed out that we should stay in the room until check-out. We changed our clothes just before we left. Suddenly the door opened and someone from the staff wanted to come in. You have to imagine that there was a mirror next to the door. From here you could see the entire room when entering the room. This means this person saw us half-naked. After opening the door, the staff left the room immediately and left the door open. Of course we reported this to the reception, the answer was sobering. A discount or something similar would have been the minimum.

I am really very disappointed with the hotel. First of all, it says to have free Wi-Fi in the rooms. However, it is not true that they have a wifi network inside the hotel, you must connect to an open and insecure network that is offered throughout Germany. I spoke with the receptionist and he only replied: "yes, the network is not secure". Therefore, if you must work on your trip, I do not recommend coming to this hotel. On the other hand, they do not offer even a courtesy water. When I asked if they could give me a welcome water, they replied "you can drink from the tap". I would give the hotel 3.8 stars. The service is very good to good. The employees understand German and English well. The breakfast buffet has a good selection, but it wasn't very good because the "extras" were missing (live cooking, pancakes, caviar, sparkling wine). Nevertheless, you could choose an omelette with desired toppings. Now for the rooms they are very modern and nicely decorated. I was in the superior room good to satisfactory in size. However, I would rather not take the comfort room, which has no mini bar and is smaller. In the after the hotel is very quiet. Kettle and coffee maker is also available. The bathroom is not directly separated from the one with a door, but divided into three halves. The shower and toilet are each separated by a "small glass door," and the sink is in the middle. It also looks very modern overall. The beauty products in the bathroom (hand soap, shower gel, cream) are not of high quality. The room also has a safe which is always handy. The last downside is that the mini bar is not stocked. I hope I could help.

So what a hotel and what a staff! We had a fantastic stay. The staff at the reception were very professional, pleasant and service-oriented. When we arrived we were given a token for each welcome drink at the bar. Nice gesture! At breakfast, we were quickly noticed by the breakfast hostess who both asked if we wanted something hot to drink or if we wanted the eggs cooked in a particular way. Luxurious! A big plus also because they had some vegan food at breakfast. It was otherwise very fresh! The room was also good and especially the shower. If I go to Munich again, this is definitely where I will stay.

It is a moment to "ruin" a nice stay. In summary: convenient location for transport, modern rooms, comfortable bed (room 605), reception friendly enough BUT the only inattention that at the reception, while we were paying for the room we were asked if we wanted breakfast and we were told that breakfast costs 23 euro WITHOUT specifying that it was per person (there were two of us) and since we decided to consume it the next day, after having done it (nothing to say about quality) we received the nasty surprise of 46 euro for a breakfast. Almost half of the stay ... it seems crazy to me! Other details that didn't affect my review but might be useful to others: - room not soundproofed so you could hear the cars a little (we were on the sixth floor) -attention to the socket inserted in the mirror above the sink, personally I do not find it safe -there is no door that separates the bathroom from the room (if you are not boyfriend / girlfriend it is not nice to be seen while taking a shower) - there is no minibar (for the "base" room) -There are no instructions for the air conditioner, I wanted to turn off the noisy fans -TV only in German apart from one channel in English (and wrong channel list) -no room service After all, the room is very bright and I personally like the decor

The rooms are spacious, nicely furnished and tip top clean. Only the fan in the bathroom runs on for a long time and that is annoying because there is no bathroom door. Breakfast for 23 euros is a lot if you just want a coffee and a bread or croissant. I had to be honest, but I was not offered this business breakfast that I read about here afterwards. I would certainly have used this. 24 hour reception ... which was not manned when I got to the hotel at 01:30. After waiting 20 minutes, I knocked to draw attention to myself. Since I had booked both days individually, I was told I had to pay again the next morning, all of a sudden it wouldn't work. Good. Paid twice ... received no bills twice. On the day of departure I was annoyed that I had to wait another 15 minutes at the reception desk at 07:50 for my bill, which then only contained one day. After asking again, the second invoice came ... which one could suddenly print out right away. Well ... except for these "little things" it was a good stay.
